Algeria will host North African rivals Tunisia at the Stade Tchaker in Blida on Tuesday 26th March, with kick-off at 7.45pm for the international friendly.
Manager Djamel Belmadi is expected to hand starts to England-based players Riyad Mahrez and Said Benrahma. Alexandre Oukidja could make his debut in goal for the Algerian national team. Baghdad Bounedjah should play up front. Victor Lekhal could also make his debut in central midfield.
In Blida, Algeria have played 34 matches but have never lost a game and they will be looking to keep up that very impressive record. Tunisia were at the World Cup last summer in Russia, where they faced England.
The Desert Foxes last faced Tunisia at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, when Algeria lost 2-1 due to an own goal and a penalty. Algeria last beat Tunisia back in 2011 thanks to a goal from Ryad Boudebouz.
This will be the 53rd meeting between the two sides. This is the likely Algeria XI to face Tunisia on Tuesday evening: Oukidja, Attal, Mandi, Benlamri, Bensebaini, Lekhal, Taider, Feghouli, Mahrez, Bounedjah, Benrahma.
