In an exclusive interview with DZ Football, Said Benrahma refused to rule out a move to the Premier League this January when asked after Brentford’s 3-1 win against Queens Park Rangers.
The Algerian winger, who was signed by Dean Smith at Griffin Park, has been a target at Villa Park for several months. Brentford are flying in the second tier of English football this season, sitting third in the Championship table.
And when asked if it was a dream to play in the Premier League one day, Benrahma said “yes“. But when quizzed on whether or not that would be in January or in the summer, the left winger said “too many questions“.
Benrahma scored the opening goal for Brentford in their 3-1 win against West London rivals QPR on Saturday afternoon. He has five goals and six assists this campaign.
The transfer window is currently open. DZ Football is the home of Algerian football in English.
