English Championship side Nottingham Forest are keen on Algerian player Farid Boulaya, according to France Football.
Forest are in the race for the play-offs this season, and are managed by fellow North African Sabri Lamouchi.
The 26-year-old was crucial in the current Metz side getting promoted last season from Ligue 2 to Ligue 1.
And Forest are no strangers to having Algerian footballers with the likes of Adlene Guedioura and Hillal Soudani playing for the team in recent years.
Farid Boulaya can play as a central attacking midfielder or as a right winger. Follow DZ Football for Algerian transfer news in English.
